Can I order items from different branches together?
Yes. You place one customer order. The system automatically creates linked fulfilment parts for the branches that own the selected products.
When is stock reduced?
Stock is not reduced when the website order is submitted. It is reduced only when the responsible branch completes its part as a POS sale.
How do I confirm my order?
After checkout, the order is stored in POS and WhatsApp opens with the order summary so you can continue directly with the shop.
How do I track the order?
Use Track Order with your master order number and mobile number.
